What it does

  • Always-on, natural-sounding voice — listen and speak at once (full-duplex, Moshi architecture)
  • Answers FAQs (hours, insurance) and captures patient intake
  • Scheduling, refills & EHR actions via tool-calling (production path)
  • Seamless handoff to human staff when needed
  • Runs on OCI GPUs — scales with call volume
